Yarn Treasure Haul

This time I’ve tried a video blog! Have a look and see what you think.

The snowflake pattern I talk about is actually called Festive Snowflakes by Agrarian Artisan.

The pattern for the Short and Sweet cardigan I’m working on is in the Stitch ‘n Bitch Crochet: The Happy Hooker book.

  1. Kerry loved your video. I bought some of the white sparkly at Yarndale for Santa hats, hopefully it will be perfect for Christmassy things. My fav of your haul was the sunshine Sparkleduck – wow!! Can’t wait to see what you come up with! I admit I did look at some glorious golden yarn at Sparkleduck at Yarndale, I was looking for something to do Valerie’s Wild Diamonds shawl, and the gold yarn kept winking at me! But in the end I went for a much more boring/practical grey!! Keep going with the videos and good luck with all your projects 🙂 Louise (loulouloop on rav)

    • Thank you Louise! So kind of you to say. I’ll look forward to the hat you make out of the white sparkly yarn, I always love to see what other people have made out of the same yarn as I have.

I think the Sunshine Sparkleduck was my favourite too. I’ve still no idea what to make out of it and it will likely just sit in my stash being stroked from time to time for more than a few months. When I do get started on something I will be sure to make a WIP video 🙂
